I am an Associate Director, Managed Services at Bell Canada.  I work in the large Enterprise and Public Sector but also have a number of years of experience with Complex IT Solutions for small and medium-sized organizations. The goal of this site is to assist in hunting down down the information, research and solutions you need as an IT professional. CIOs/VPs of IT/IT Directors/IT Managers are now required to act in the capacity of a “Jack of all Trades”.
